Submission Guidelines

Welcome to Friends of A1A, a joint initiative by FloridA1A and Mill Town Media Group to showcase professionals, businesses, and brands within or near the A1A Highway area.

To make sure our collaborations are positive and professional, we ask that all collaborators follow these Guidelines.

Please note: Friends of A1A is by invitation only — we reach out to collaborators for mutual benefit. That said, we’d love to hear from you, so feel free to say hi! If you’d like to stay in the loop for future opportunities or feature invitations, you can subscribe to Mill Town Media Group’s newsletter. 1. Our Collaboration Values

We’re all about honesty, respect, and win-win collaborations. By contributing, you confirm that you agree to follow these guidelines.

Please Do:

  • Act in good faith, communicate honestly, and be respectful and positive.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have permission to act on behalf of the business or brand that you represent.
  • Share original content (text, logos, taglines, links, or other) that you own or have the right to use commercially and give to third parties for public display.
  • Only submit information that is intended for public display on our website.
  • Provide only 1 high-quality image of your company logo (size: 500 × 500 pixels maximum, format: JPEG, PNG, SVG or WEBP).
  • Share your feature on Friends of A1A on your own channels. We will provide a social media post and badge for your website that you can use.
  • Update us if there are any changes to your information (e.g., phone number) or if your activities change and may no longer fit our values.

Please Don’t:

  • Share content that’s offensive, misleading, or unlawful.
  • Submit confidential, client, or private information.
  • Include sponsored or affiliate content.
  • Misrepresent yourself, your brand, or your collaboration with us.
  • Submit content that infringes on any rights or laws.

2. Permissions

You grant us permission to publish, modify, or adapt the material on Friends of A1A and our social media channels listed above.

3. Approval, Editing & Removal

We review all submissions and approve them at our sole discretion.

We may edit or remove Friends of A1A content at any time without notice (e.g., outdated info or broken links).

If we are notified of any issues with the submitted content (e.g., copyright infringement, misrepresentation, or legal concerns), the content will be taken down without notice.

4. Liability

Friends of A1A and its partners FloridA1A and Mill Town Media Group, and any their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents, are not responsible for any claims related to your content or third-party links.
